Consult

First, let’s talk.

Your consultation is where we get to know your hair and what you want from your locs. We’ll discuss your hair and scalp, density, texture, hair history, desired loc size, parting preferences, lifestyle, maintenance expectations, and your questions.

Consultation • $95. The fee is applied toward an establishment booked within 7 days.

You don’t need to know exactly what you want before your consultation. That’s part of what we’re figuring out together.

Plan

Then, we measure.

After your consultation, we’ll create a plan based on your hair, your goals, and the method that is right for you. We’ll determine loc size, parting approach, establishment method, estimated time, final quote, and maintenance expectations.

No two plans have to look exactly alike.

Prepare

Come ready. We’ll take it from there.

For establishments, arrive with freshly shampooed, thoroughly detangled, blow-dried or stretched hair, free of heavy products and ready for your installation. Shampoo services are not currently included.

We’ll send preparation details before your establishment.

Establish

This is where your loc journey begins.

Your establishment follows the plan created during consultation, with careful attention to parting, sizing, and your chosen method. It can take several hours and may require more than one session.

Microloc Establishment from $1,100 • Micro Interlock Establishment from $1,500

Maintain

Establishment isn’t the finish line.

Your locs will change as they mature, and consistent maintenance matters. Retightenings are generally recommended every 4–6 weeks to maintain your grid and manage new growth.

Retightening • $200, up to 4.5 hours
