01 • Establish
Start your locs.
Every establishment begins with a consultation. We’ll talk through your hair and scalp, desired loc size, parting, maintenance expectations, and the approach that makes the most sense for you.
Microloc Establishment
Starting at $1,100Twist or braid microloc establishment with each loc interlocked at the root for a secure foundation.
Starting price covers standard length up to 4 inches. Additional charges may apply for additional length and density. Consultation required.
Micro Interlock Establishment
Starting at $1,500Micro-sized locs established using interlocking from root to end with a structured parting system.
Starting price covers standard length up to 4 inches. Additional charges may apply for additional length and density. Consultation required.
What’s the difference?
Microloc Establishment uses a twist or braid foundation, then interlocks each loc at the root. Micro Interlock Establishment interlocks every loc from root to end, making the process more detailed and time-intensive.

02 • Maintain
Keep them cared for.
Retightening
$200 • Up to 4.5 hoursRoutine maintenance for existing clients. Additional time: $45/hour.
Every 4–6 weeks is recommended. The 7th week is a grace period. Appointments at 8 weeks or later are subject to a $50 Extended Maintenance Fee.
Transfer Client Assessment + Retie
$50 assessment + $200 retieFor locs established elsewhere. Retightening includes up to four hours; additional time is $50/hour.
We’ll assess your locs, grid, maintenance history, integrity, and any corrective work that may be needed.

03 • Restore
Give them what they need.
By Her Measure Restoration
$100/hour • 2-hour minimumCorrective work for locs requiring repair, reinforcement, slippage correction, reconstruction, combining/separating, or other specialized attention.
Minimum service: $200. We’ll determine what your locs need before moving forward.

Arrive with freshly shampooed, thoroughly detangled, blow-dried/stretched hair free from heavy products.
Retightenings
Arrive with clean hair. It does not need to be blow-dried or dry.
